Guidelines
To ensure a healthy and productive coaching relationship, here are the guidelines for the Heart-to-Heart Text Coaching and Fully Becoming Package:

Texting Hours: You can message me anytime between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday. I’ll respond immediately during these hours.

After-Hours Emergencies: If you have a faith-related emergency or pressing situation, you may text after hours, but please use this sparingly and only when truly necessary.

Respectful Boundaries: To keep our communication intentional and impactful, please avoid excessive or non-urgent messaging. This helps ensure our conversations remain focused on your growth and journey.
